LANNY REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions. Interpretation - The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions for the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lanny, Dubai -UAE. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to Lanny. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 

Conditions for Returns. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were received in the last 3 days. The Goods are in the original packaging. The following Goods cannot be returned: The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The Goods that are purchased with any limited stock products(Products are labeled as Limited Stock ),  Discount, Extra Large sized bean bags, Cushions, Customized, and items purchased with Tabby(buy now pay later). The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or deteriorated. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed and damaged after delivery. The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with tabby (buy now pay later ) cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 days.                  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Credit Validity Period

All credit amounts issued to Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) accounts are valid for a period of one year. The one-year term begins on the date the credit confirmation email is sent. Unused credits will expire after this period.

Returning Goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. It is your responsibility to pack and hand over goods as you received them. We hold the full right to reject or deduct the cost in case of any damage. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts. If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver. Note: Extra Large sized bean bags, Cushions, Sale, Customized, and items purchased with Tabby(buy now pay later) are not applicable for Return or Exchange.

Note: B2B Orders Projects or orders with a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Note: Any Return / Exchange will be applicable for 1 item only one time only 

In case of Exchange or Return within 3 days, Delivery charges apply as per the size:

Large Size Beanbag Sphere Bean bag - 120 AED Per Item 

Medium Size Beanbag, Curvy, and Sloppy Beanbag- 100  AED Per Item 

Small Size Beanbag and Poufs - 75 AED Per Item
